Hi, if I connect to an IVPN server first then use Tor browser with JavaScript enabled to send a message through a clear net websites contact form. Can it be traced back to me? Is the website able to see or get my real IP address through JavaScript?

My setup: Home Wifi -> IVPN server -> Tor browser (JavaScript enabled) -> example.com

On Windows 10.

When I look at the usage of these 10Gbps servers, they are always at 5-8% load.

Performance is not fully utilized yet...

Probably only iVPN users who actively collect information are aware of the existence of 10Gbps servers.

I think I should have added an icon display like [10GB] in the server display column of the client application.

If you are an iVPN staff member reading this, please consider it. It should be easy to add.

As more people gather on these servers and the traffic increases further, you can blend in with the crowd and your privacy will greatly increase.

I would like more people to actively use 10Gbps servers. For privacy.

Hello!

This is an issue that seems to be happening randomly on my phone, like once a month. My VPN is always on, but sometimes I would notice internet is not working anymore because of IVPN (if I turn it off internet works well).

I tried turning the vpn off, quitting the app, turning internet off and turning all these on again but no way to get a connection. The only way I found is to change the protocol from Wireguard to OpenVPN and things work fine again. Then I have to wait a couple of days to change back the protocol (if I change it too soon I am still not getting any connection).

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an issue with my phone, has anyone been having the same problem?

I am unable to login to the windows client, getting an error saying:

"Failed to deserialize API response: Invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value."

I've recently had weird DNS problems with my ISP so I use 1.1.1.1 to access some websites. Upon disabling 1.1.1.1 and attempting to log in, I am met with "Error 429: Too Many Requests."

I have tried reinstalling the client, restarting my router and restarting my PC.

I am terribly sorry to bother you guys but since I've moved to newer mac os a day ago (it made me to update IVPN client to 3.13) I have no internet when firewall is on. I played with all sorts of settings and switches to no avail.

I do want to sit behind firewall, can anyone please provide me with some advice ?

Dear IVPN Team,

it is getting increasingly difficult for me to use IVPN on a daily basis. I am used to and okay with manually solving cloudflare captchas but recently many websites started to just block me outright:

• prepaid-host.com ()

• A university website I dont want to name

• openai.com

• my ISP website

• Reddit ()

• Even some IP reputation services blocked me:

https://talosintelligence.com/reputation_center/

• and many more

Since you dont offer a browser extension that lets me whitelist certain domains, I cant do anything about it other than to disable the VPN alltogether. And I cant blame these websites for blocking me. Look this information about my IP from crowdsec:

de1.wg.ivpn.net

How am I supposed to continue using IVPN like this? Rotate IP-Addresses, introduce more IPs, anything, find a solution, please!

Edit: Issue was resolved by support promptly.

It doesn't load any of the connection info but it shows connected. It is updated to the most recent version. Sent logs to the team hoping they can get this fixed.
