If you can see this comment then it’s likely you switched your language to English only, you may want to change it back to undetermined
Journaling Just Works
A place to discuss anything related to keeping a journal, a diary, a planner, a bullet journal, art/junk journal. Productivity, self-help, mindfulness, memory-keeping, creativity, project management or any other purpose.
Paper and digital alike.
RULES
- Be nice. If you need to preach or to hate on anyone, I will show you the door.
- Keep it on-topic. Definitely NOT on topic: politics, pornography, bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia.
- No ads. Product reviews and critics are welcome, as well as links to your own personal blog and videos provided they’re not product placement and that they are related to journaling.

I can see it but I did not switch it. Its actually set to both Undetermined AND English. I tried taking English off altogether, I still couldnt see the missing comments, and I also couldn't reply to anything else. So I put it back to both.
Lemmy.world is having federation problems
They're waiting for 18.1 to update.
Hmm. What about the comments from sh.it users that I can't see. Is the lemmy.world problem affecting those too? Or is sh.it also having problems of its own?
Language settings didn't resolve that?
nope. Its only affecting some threads, the settings of which are identical to the others, so it appears not to be a language issue.
Lemmy language settings are strange.
Can you see this comment?
yes. This is very odd.
Also, can you see the post I made in your sub? And both of the comments I made on it?
I still can see any of the missing comments on other posts; one of the other member sent me sceenshots of them. He can se them all, I can't.
Yes I can see both, but can only reply to the Undetermined one
Do you have English as a language in your profile?
no, just undetermined.
Add English.
Have both undetermined and English selected in your profile.
Good tip, thank you. I thought about that for the community but didnt think of it for myself.
