Only halfway in and it's already very interesting and too much for me to summarize but I do love the idea of subtly releasing music to poison models.

The demonstration at 15:07 is a good preview but the entire video is worthwhile.

Each Lemmy comment (and post) has a field for its language to be set so people can filter out ones they don't speak. Sounds like some bots aren't configured properly

The only way to mitigate this risk is to verify package names manually and never assume a package mentioned in an AI-generated code snippet is real or safe.

In a comment one of the main devs mentioned worst case scenario that they could be supporting 0.19 for a long time so they're trying not to rush 1.0.
