There is only the ability to set a default monitor that apps open on. I want the app to open on the monitor I launch it from!

So if I launch an app from the Taskbar on display 2, it opens on display 2, same for display 1. I don't want apps to open on a default display.

I can't afford displayfusion, are there any free tools that will let me have this function? It's crazy that Windows 11 does not have this option built into taskbar settings.
