Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. 4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

I'm kind of really tired of liberal news outlets doing this. Let me make it clear for those of you in the back of the room: THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU CATCH THEM LYING.

They don't care about being hypocrites. Calling them out on it and shaming will not work on the shameless.

It's a method of normalization.

You keep pushing the message .... false, lie, exaggeration, rumor, suggestion, whatever

Keep repeating and pushing the idea of immigrant terrorists and everyone will talk about it.

Until at one point everyone will believe it.

“Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth”, is a law of propaganda attributed to the Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels.

This is so true and so depressing

As part of the investigation, officials had contacted Morales Reyes and asked for a handwriting sample and concluded his handwriting and the threatening letter didn’t match and that the threat was not credible, the person said. It’s not clear why Homeland Security officials still decided to send a release making that claim.

What's "not clear" about it? They sent out a press release making that claim because they're dishonest sacks of shit with an agenda, and that claim served their agenda.

It's not complicated or even surprising - it's just standard operatong procedure for the Trump administration.

The only people who have tried to kill Trump were born here

African American crime.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 6 days ago

Yes, but will "the news" call bullshit, or will they continue to normalize the false information we're being bombarded with?

Scumbags want to make people to become racists again.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 6 days ago

We all know that's Melania's plan.

Red scare 3.0

It took Republicans a solid 6 or 7 years to catch up to Eric Cartman.

Sweetie there are a lot more citizens threatening that right now everywhere in this country

I just wish for it. I'm not killing anyone because I don't live in a movie and know my limits. If I want to kill people I'll join law enforcement and shoot unarmed mentally ill people inside their home.

Plenty of people have threatened to kill Trump. I see threats every day. They say everyone is doing it.

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 week ago

The best people in fact.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 1 week ago

Of course it fell apart. All these people do is lie, cheat, steal, and so on...
