You can do whatever the fuck you want if you think you are in charge. Not saying there won't be consequences but following laws hasn't really been this dudes MO.
If it's that problematic with propaganda then banning it after an election was a meaningless gesture. It served it's purpose and reversing the ban was simply transactional. They paid money and kissed the ring.
Almost every single time I've asked "what can i do?" I have been told that it's just so much easier to donate. We just want to pay our staff (as if I'm the one holding that back from them).
I actively participate in local politics and i can tell you that 90% of the organizations i see in my area are "nationwide" and absolute no shows at Town/Village meetings/hearings.
If you are gonna donate to charities, vet them a little. I'm not saying the majority of them are not legit, i simply disagree with how some orgs go about implementation so i choose based off that.
