My goal is just to have a community where people can go and see what new game news is out for the day and comment on it.
Other communities:
They moved into TV and Movie production and have been killing it. I can see them buying a major studio or two with upcoming releases and creating a subscription service for it. I could also see an "Apple TV Plus Ultra" that can run some shit natively.
They already have a gaming subscription service. It’s actually pretty good as far as quality of titles on it.
Lol. Its called horizontal integration and would be outlawed in any fair society. Fuck apple, fuck capitalism.
Is it that time again? Apple considers getting into gaming?
Don't worry guys, they're serious about it this time.
They're totally not going to do something to piss off everyone developing games for them in like 6 months.
Pshh, you’re not familiar with the colossal Apple Arcade library? Everyone I talk to is playing hit Apple Arcade games like Sneaky Sasquatch and Solitaire.
Tbf they had some good exclusives for a while made for them by devs. The only one i can think of right now is exit the gungeon.
Yeah and uh Balatro, and Slay the Spire.
Don’t act like it only had dumb shit on it. It’s by design like everything Apple does for a wide audience. I only have it because of family for fitness but everyone in my household has found something fun for them on arcade.
They're going to end up creating a special controller that only works with Apple tech and it's going to cost US$600. Before they release a single game.
Because it worked so well for Amazon.
... and Amazon didn't invent its own proprietary graphics API that's only supported by Dolphin. Not even Fortnite gives a fuck about Metal.
