r/overclocking - for those who like to push their chips a little harder

Hey everyone,

I’m new to overclocking and I need a bit of help setting up my RX 7800 XT (XFX Qick 319). I tried using some values I found in different posts and forums. It worked well at first — I ran a few Time Spy benchmarks on 3DMark, no issues, and even played a few games perfectly.

But before using this config daily, I decided to run a final stress test using an app called UserDig (3-minute test), and I instantly got a blue screen (BSOD). So I figured I should ask for proper advice before I damage anything.

Here are the values I used:

• Voltage: 100%
• VRAM: 2614 MHz
• GPU Frequency: Min = 500 MHz / Max = 3200 MHz
• Power Limit: +15%

Any tips on how to properly overclock this card? I’d really appreciate some guidance or stable profiles that work well with this model.
