No. I already own more games than I’ll ever play. Any new acquisitions are indie or on deep discount, preferably both.

The last full-price AAA game I bought cost £34.99 in 2001. That's about £64 adjusted for inflation and that's about $85 (US) at current exchange rates.

damn that means I make less per hour now than when I started working even though the per hour number is bigger yet I work harder and longer

Yes. I have a job and easy access to overtime. One overtime shift is like 4 games plus dinner and transit.
