Minneapolis except the airport is a legit hub (thanks Northwest), and instead of mayor it’s the DA.

Well you can count St. Paul for the mayor aspect. If Minneapolis doesn’t do something dum Saint Paul will. But not sure how you count both cities in this instance from my buildings roof I can literally see downtown Minneapolis and same for St. Paul and when I worked in Bloomington I could see both downtowns including that horrible stadium.
