Hi I have bought a new pc and for the first time with a AMD CPU. I know on the official amd site it says a max of 5.3MHz, But have it overclocked with the Ryzen master program with the auto overclocking option With the settings. Boost overdrive CPU at 200 PPT at 1.000 TDC at 187 EDC at 270 With a curve optimizer at -50 I get a stable 5.5MHz a 63 degrees when running cinebenchR23 And in hwinfo it say the max clock speed is 5.5mhz. And with the PBO option with the same settings I'll get a max of a 5.3MHz. setup is with a MSI b650 motherboard a AIO cooler and Rx 9070 XT.

-Now is there any harm running my CPU at 5.5mhz? -And which method of overclocking is better the Auto Overclock or PBO for gaming? -And if I use the AO do I need te tweak it to the right MHz?

I've been new to this overclocking. I had my previous PC for 7 years with a i5 7gen and a GTX 1060.......

I appreciate all the comments and thanks in advance.
