This would take too much effort to explain to my father-in-law so he’d get the joke, but I find it extra funny because he worked as an engineer on the designs for the Breguet Atlantique and SEPECAT Jaguar.

Letters should not have things on them.

Everybody disliked that.

Also the OTAN stuff is camouflage. The French think of non-French people as basically monkeys, so OTAN is actually short for orangutan.
