i'm a poor student, at the moment i'm living at a shared student residence and trying to work full time while trying to get through med school

I need help, specifically, i'm in search of a good IA that i can use as a "teacher" for questions for i can't understand or find an answer, something like chat gpt4 but without a limit to upload photos of questions of math or chemistry
