I'm interested in one of their older repacks for TDU. The release was reuploaded to Zamunda.

Lots of people have given it positive ratings.

My concern with it is the setup.exe which requires admin rights

These being Bkav pro W32.AIDetectMalware and Webroot W32.Riskware.Repack....
