No. Thank God.
I met up with some guys (and gals) from [email protected] at the Chaos Communication Congress in December. They also took a group photo together that I unfortunately missed.
Some people in my local Hackerspace also use Lemmy. One of them was Admin on feddit.de before it shut down.
If you have a Hackerspace where you live, there is a good chance that some people there use Lemmy too.
edit: Hacker as in Hacker Culture or in the sense of the German Wikipedia Entry for Hacker and not in the sense of the Security Hacker
Wait, someone knew the admin the whole time? I thought they went missing, but I also didn’t pay super close attention. I hope all is well with them.

No. I happened across somebody on Lemmy from the same sub 100k city as me though.
I haven’t talked about it with my social circles but I would be surprised if nobody I know is on here.
I actually know one person IRL that uses Lemmy. We both found it independently of one another.
