Headline is inaccurate"

ICE lets local officials stop ~~immigrants~~ anyone on the streets as task force program is back.

Fixed.

Immigrants don't have a specific uniform or identifying mark. So this doesn't just apply to immigrants. It will apply to everyone and the "local officials" will simply claim they have to identify your immigration status and can take you away if they don't feel you've proven your citizenship.

But let's be honest- if you're white, you're probably safe.

As far as I understand the second amendment, any unmarked ice officer walking up on people in castle doctrine states are like, very legitimate results of the 2a. Especially right now. Super reasonable.

Well that's just awesome, another reason for cops to "protect and serve".

Maybe some folks will get some more money out of the inevitable lawsuits that will occur sometime in the next decade.

Once the lawsuits rack up they’ll pass immunity laws for ICE.

I bet it will happen within the year, faster if there’s a major incident involving ICE
