In mere months, entire Palestinian communities between Ramallah and Jericho have been chased out by settler violence and state policies — paving the way for a total Israeli takeover of thousands of acres of land.

Btw, besides Israel just wanting to eradicate Palistine, is this land valuable? It looks rather inhospitable.

It looks inhospitable because of the water apartheid.

Israel and its settlers take the lions share of water resources, leaving Palestinians with barely enough to survive.

Water is so scarce and precious that nearly every Palestinian home has a rooftop water tank. Water for aesthetic things like plants or lawns is a luxury.

They will bulldoze moss of it flat for expansion. It's incredibly colonial.

They're also land grabbing Syria, you know, besides that whole massive state sponsored genocide thing.

Inhospitality has never stopped developers. See Florida.

Fair point. With enough money and marketing you can convince anyone to buy some waterfront property, even if crocodile invested.

In Gaza there’s a lot of oil under the beachfront property - yes, it’s quite valuable land, which is part of the reason the US is helping Israel steal it.

I may be wrong but I believe they're using it as an Israeli suburbia. Maybe they have a different end game in mind though.
