S: Hilo, HI (or Miami, FL if you don't want to count the islands)
W: Kapolei, HI (or Anchorage, AK or Seattle, WA if you don't want the islands or repeats)
North and West: Port Angeles, WA
South: Key West, FL
East: Marshfield, MA
West - Denver Colorado
South- very southern tip of Texas
North- Basswood Lake Minnesota (boundary waters area)
East- Washington DC

I've been to all 50 states so somewhere in those.
I was a kid/teenager and my memory is bad so now specific than that I can not say

Lower 48? San Francisco.
Actually that's overspecifying. It's just Honolulu and Albany, in two directions each.
