That's a completely different "leadership". The congressional caucus, if they are in the majority, decides on what congress votes for. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has nothing whatsoever to do with it.

Pelosi is neither a member of the DNC nor a leader of the congressional caucus. Nobody cares what Pelosi thinks about anything. It would be great to see AOC in a committee chairmanship. Did you make a phone call to your own congressman and tell them that? Because you have just as much say as Pelosi does.

Dude the "DNC" is NOT in charge of the Congressional Democratic Caucus. They are 2 completely different groups. The DNC has very little power outside of elections. They don't call the shots on congressional votes. Nobody in congress cares what "the DNC" thinks about anything after elections are over. If you don't understand the real world of reality you have no hope of knowing how to fix anything.

They won't win for a lot of reasons. Many of them are from the inside. Perhaps even most of them.
If the country just has 2 parties bought and sold by the rich, then no one wins anyway.
The R party always gives gigantic tax cuts to the rich. The D party always raises taxes on the rich. The last 3 Dem presidents raised taxes on the rich. If you are treating both sides as the same, then you are helping the rich get gigantic GOP tax cuts and worsening wealth inequality.

It's not a tax on cash. It's a tax on income. Including non-earned income (most of their income) such as capital gains.

Capital gains tax is applied WHEN YOU CASH OUT THE ASSET. until you liquidate the asset, d o f u s, no tax is realized. The rich do no liquidate their capital except for 9+ figure acquisitions, they take zero interest loans against it as spending money.
