Why do people still have this opinion? I repeatedly hear this idea in the comment sections of yt videos and similar things. Literally who cares if you have lights in your pc or not. I genuinely do not understand at all why some people still have the opinion that “having a lack of rgb means you save copious amounts of money, and makes you cultured, and makes you very mature”. I can kinda see the argument for “needing flashy lights is childish”, but in some situations it can add a lot to the build, like having some nice accents in an all white build, or something similar. Also, rgb doesn’t even cost more a decent amount of the time, and you can just turn it off, yet some people will still willingly spend more money on a non rgb version of a product even if it’s more expensive. Can someone please tell me why some people believe this?

(Edit) I don’t really care about what other people think, it’s just confusing to me that some people are so judgmental about having lights or not, like it really doesn’t matter that much
