I have a RTX 2060. Recently I have ran into the issue where if I completely shut my PC down, when I try to reboot it, it will show the typical screen displaying my mother board name then will continue to boot to a black screen. No matter how long I sit on said screen, nothing will happen.

The only resolution I have found is if I boot my computer into safe move, then "uninstall" my graphics card under device manager and display adapters. Then restarting will allow my computer to successfully boot up. However, it will only boot onto one monitor, my second monitor will not work.

I originally suspected a driver issue so I uninstalled the most recent driver for a past driver from August of this year. Doing this and restarting, kicked my second monitor back on. Still however if I completely shut my computer down it will just boot back to a black screen and I have to uninstall my graphics card in safe mode and restart to use my computer in order to restore function. Reinstalling the most recent driver (December driver) will allow my computer to continue working until I completely shut it off again and then it will boot to a black screen and I have to restart the entire process of going into safe mode, uninstalling my graphics card, restarting it, then only one monitor will work again until I've reverted back to the August drivers.

Any ideas on what could be going on? I am completely stumped.

Edit: Sorry for the grammar, English is not my first language
