Am using Jerboa aswell, like it overall!
My only struggle is - particularly on image posts - to hit the right area to open the comments and not the image, not the OP profile or anything else.
Asklemmy
A loosely moderated place to ask open-ended questions
Search asklemmy π
If your post meets the following criteria, it's welcome here!
- Open-ended question
- Not offensive: at this point, we do not have the bandwidth to moderate overtly political discussions. Assume best intent and be excellent to each other.
- Not regarding using or support for Lemmy: context, see the list of support communities and tools for finding communities below
- Not ad nauseam inducing: please make sure it is a question that would be new to most members
- An actual topic of discussion
Looking for support?
Looking for a community?
- Lemmyverse: community search
- sub.rehab: maps old subreddits to fediverse options, marks official as such
- [email protected]: a community for finding communities

I've got a problem with it recently where some images just don't open and take me back to the home page instead. Very weird
yes, this drives me nuts as well. In generale the whole process of reaching the comments is not that smooth. For example I wouldn't mind reaching the username of OP or the istance AFTER opening the post
Jerboa
Using Jerboa currently, but it's pretty clunky unfortunately for me.
Same for me, waiting for Sync
It's been getting quite a bit better over the last few weeks with more contributors
Jerboa but it is very rough round the edges.
- can't create a community
- cant link to the discussion from inbox replies
- finding communities on the search function is busted (but this is a wider lemmy bug)
- can't just type a community address to go there (or at least I can't figure it out)
- several bits are quite unintuitive
However it is still early days and will undoubtedly improve
It does have glorious dark mode though
I'm pretty happy with Jerboa. I am primarily a browser/desktop user, so having a somewhat limited mobile client hasn't been bothering me. And it seems to be moving toward a fuller experience.
Jerboa, but I haven't noticed much of the jank others complain about, like the scrolling issue.
I'm using Jerboa. It's pretty good, but some things are unintuitive. For example, I don't know how to navigate to a reply from my inbox.
Currently using Memmy. The developer adds new features a few times a week. Itβs actually pretty fun to get the updates and see them building it piece by piece. We just got a profile page as of this morning. Interface has the gestures I liked in boost. Havenβt used others since most the betas are full.
Jerboa, but keep an eye out on thunder! Came out a few days ago and is on fdroid at the moment
Mlem
Memmy and Limbo looks good
Jeroba for now but I'm looking forward to checking out the other apps being made for it.
The mobile web interface is the most cromulent out of any web interface I've ever used. So I just use the Firefox container shortcut on my homescreen and it's fantastic.
Jerboa
I jump between Mlem and Memmy on iOS.
Mlem is definitely more slick and loads images better.
Memmy feels more feature rich (currently) but I donβt like how the account switching works.
Iβm a bigger fan of Mlem personally, it feels closer to what Apollo was and could see it heading more in that direction.
Agreed. Just need to get a working inbox and then I donβt have to use the web app haha
I'm using Progressive Web App off MS Edge, Jerboa is way too rough for me atm
Firefox shortcut
The same as for Reddit: Chrome
