I abused benadryl a couple of times as a young adult, and I can say with absolute confidence that there is nothing enjoyable about the experience whatsoever, unless of course you enjoy feeling like you're an hour away from brain damage or death. I'd put it on par with Salvia, at least in terms of enjoyment factor. Yeah, things get weird, but not in a cool way.

I tried to kms with it once but instead just had an awful time, then took the same dose again the next day

Glad you're still around, Gary. Feel free to DM if you need to chat with someone.

That's so sweet of you, thanks! This was nearly a decade ago, and I'm in a much better place now

Very glad to hear it. Offer stands.

It was the Therapy, wasn't it Gary?

Kidding aside was the second dose another attempt or looking to recreate the effects? I've found medium doses somewhat enjoyable. Confusing as hell, but not as miserable as a high dose.

Lol yes, therapy and meds

I think it was self-harm, bc it certainly wasn't fun for me, and I knew from the first time that that dose wasn't lethal

Edit: calling it self-harm doesn't really capture it actually; I think it's more accurate to say it was an intriguing way to play with the idea of death

Kinda feels like it around 600mg

My friend said he had spiders crawling all over him for the whole trip.

No thanks.

What a fucking bonkers drug. Here, take one and you won't have the sniffles and will feel quite drowsy. Take two, and you'll fall asleep from the drowsiness. Take 10 and witness the nightmares. No matter how much you take, though, it significantly increases your risk for alzheimer's. We sell it in giant bottles with hundreds of pills, which is probably a lethal dose. Have fun kids!

It sounded amazing right up until the alzheimers tbh.

Fortunately for me it's not even sold here.

There has never been a drug I've been more tempted to try while knowing in my heart of hearts I never ever will try than high dose Benadryl.

Like my curiosity is going crazy but my sensibility has crucified that curiosity to keep it from going anywhere.

This is a thing? My wife texted me some wonderful legendary nonsense when she took some Benadryl for a cold several years ago!

I have heard about the spiders but not the hatman and reddit won't let me read about him without logging-in which I won't do. Can someone tell me about the hatman?
