Defenestration is a sacrifice to protestant God. Not Slavic or even orthodox. No wonder they aren't seeing results.
I guess the 600,000 sacrifices in Ukraine don't count since they were sacrificed for greed and blind nationalism instead of rain.
No, that's not nearly enough, tell them they need to sacrifice another 10m but they'll have perfect crop yields.
Just tell them they have to be sacrificed on the Russian soil in question.
If that belief held, based on Ukraine's statistics, it would be permanent rain now and for the next century or so.
