Incidentally, "youngest person to insert a thing" is a slippery slope and a great way to end up on a list. Shit.

What if the thing is Super Mario 64 Speedrun world record? That would be speedrun of speedrun.

No shit, I was about his age when I started smoking. I grew up deep in hillbilly Appalachian country and all of the kids I grew up with smoked. I only knew two kids in my whole neighborhood who didn’t smoke and one of them started in their 30s for some reason.

My brother and I robbed a delivery truck when we were 11 and 13 and stole two full boxes of Camel cartons.

The gif is of a 2 year old Indonesian kid who made the internet rounds some years ago for smoking two packs a day and the parents "couldn"t stop him".

He quit smoking later though.

Oh yeah, I seen it. Thank you though. I got caught smoking my first cigarette at four years old in my cousins bedroom. So I’m really not that far off, not that it’s any kind of contest.

What about the other extreme where you can, for example, be the oldest person to run a marathon? What’s the gaming equivalent of that?

Makes me think of high-score runs, mainly in arcade games. Have to play for a long time, and eventually you get stopped by a kill screen.

There is the concept of a "slowrun".

Im reminded of KurtJMac walking to the Farlands in Minecraft. Guy just started walking 13 years ago and has kept going all this time. The last time he checked his coordinates he was 9,864,725 blocks from spawn. Hes about 70% of the way there so only a few more years to go!

That’s next level determination. I thought that walking around a planet in No Man’s Sky was impressive, but that didn’t take years.

For some reason, there are always people who are willing to do amazing things like this.
