To be fair, it wasn’t all Harry’s fault. He was given very little adult support, but encouraged to do stupid shit regardless. Pretty much like any trust-fund kid.

Which means the house cup this year will not be going to the Evil House, which we have for some reason. Sure we say it's the house of ambition and cunning, but we all agree it's where we keep our evil students, actually.
Ah yes, the four Hogwarts houses: Brave, Smart, Racist, and Miscellaneous!
This is my new favourite thing today.
On the Pottermore test I got 97% smart, 2% brave, 1% racist, and 0% miscellaneous.
I took the reverse-engineered extended test and got 37% smart, 32% miscellaneous, 16% racist, and 15% brave. So I'm also a Ravenclaw, but much less conclusively than you.
I think canonically that means you would get a choice of houses, and I likely wouldn't. You're a main character, I'm an NPC.
well it was quite the spectacle, you'll have to admit
Most of the things that happened weren't Harry's fault. Most of it was Voldemort's fault, and even then, I'm not sure if he can be fully responsible. If Merope had loved and raised Tom, perhaps he wouldn't have turned out the way he did.
Most of it was dumbledore's fault. He was well aware of what was going on, but he believed the prophecy and just let Harry have at it.
Uh, the teacher's lack of will to act against obvious evil is what fucks everything up. I watched all the movies for the first time during the trump administration, and I couldn't help but see the parallels. Had I watched them a few years earlier I would have called it ridiculous, but I was literally watching the same things unfold in the real world around me.
“Harry, you fucked up all the shit, but it was dope as hell. 10 points to Griffindor”
