I don’t understand, why is this tweet segregated by race?
I have no idea why black/white people twitter is a thing. But this sub seems to have been renamed to "people twitter".
How interesting, as I shared this with my partner I prefaced it with "this is easily the whitest post I've ever read", and she agreed.
The sidebar says “People tweeting stuff. We allow tweets from everyone.” I think the community name is a reference to a subreddit.
That sure sounds like ”The people before us used to be really racist, but we no longer are…we just want to respect our heritage and tradition.”
I wonder who I still hear that from…
