Uhhhh sorry I'm still going to vote against fascism.

[–] [email protected] 18 points 7 months ago (1 children)

You're voting for polite fascism to stop rude fascism.

[–] Soulg 2 points 7 months ago (1 children)

Biden isn't a fascist and you're an idiot if you think so.

There's a lot more to fascism than you just not liking him.

Netanyahu is doing genocide.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 7 months ago* (last edited 7 months ago) (1 children)

And J'Biden is giving him unlimited bombs and bullets and tank shells to make it possible.

He's also protecting Israel from retaliation from its neighbors and other regional powers.

The genocide would end without US support. You are voting for genocide and I won't let you wash your hands of this.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 6 months ago (1 children)

the genocide would not stop without US support… it has been ongoing with and without their support for quite a while….

really, when they’re low on bombs they start just burning buildings….

see also, the history of the Palestine-Israel conflict:

Without US support the bombing would stop, but more importantly, all of Israel's neighborhoods would be empowered to step in.

The US attacks the Houthis to protect Israel's economy. What happens if the US declares they will no longer protect Israel?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 months ago (1 children)

israel starts firebombing and nuking people… continues to buy weapons from other countries, and takes over more territory in order to defend what they have.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 6 months ago (1 children)

No country can provide as much military aid as the US, we're number one in the world. This is just divorced from material reality.

They're not invincible demons fueled by blood. It's just a relatively small country. They would never survive launching nukes.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 months ago (1 children)

what i mean is:
a: they have a considerable arms industry and make quite a lot.
b: they’re quite wealthy and can and do buy weapons.
therefore, it’s not so cut and dry that biden could just stop it….
he sure shouldn’t help arm them, but it’s been going on for quite a while with and without our bombs…

[–] [email protected] 2 points 6 months ago (1 children)

They can't make $3 billion in F-35 fighter jets we're selling them, and who else will sell to them? Russia? Unlikely, they're too involved in Syria for that. China? Too involved with Iran. The EU? I could see Germany going for it, but sentiments are turning against Israel there and I don't see that being viable long term.

It's cut and dry. Biden could stop selling them weapons and, more importantly, stop protecting them from their neighbors. Imagine if Ansar Allah could enforce the Red Sea blockade with impunity because the US told Israel "you're on your own lol" and they couldn't get anything imported as long as the blockade persisted.

You have convinced yourself that nothing can be done and use that as an excuse to support Biden's unlimited support for Israel. That's just a cope. The truth is, this is the US's fault.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 months ago (1 children)

You have convinced yourself that nothing can be done and use that as an excuse to support Biden's unlimited support for Israel.

you couldn’t be farther from the truth

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 months ago (1 children)

So you're not saying that Biden has to continue to support Israel because there's nothing he can do?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 months ago (1 children)

fuck no! what the hell is wrong with you?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 months ago* (last edited 6 months ago) (1 children)

You're the one that said the US is powerless to stop the genocide? And if J'Biden stopped supporting them they'd just go to some other country?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 months ago (9 children)

not that the US is powerless, but that it’s not super simple and they can say “ok stop now” and they’ll just up and stop.
not that… why are you hyphenating J’Biden?
do you expect me to take you seriously?
not that they’ll “just go to some other country”, but horribly, they will go to other countries as well as make their own weapons, use the ones they already have stockpiled, and as history has shown, when they are lower on bombs and guided munitions they will, and have recently as well, simply burn whole neighborhoods down instead.

it’s not fucking hopeless… but asking them to stop won’t work, and stopping arms supply won’t work….
so, either diplomacy or forcefully stopping them is required… at this point i think the U.N. should forcefully invade Israel.

Biden should be impeached, and voting Trump in will definitely make that and everything else much worse.

You think the moniker Genocide Joe is just a jab? You really think Joe Biden isn't fully complicit?

You're an absolutely perfect shitlib specimen.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 6 months ago

You think the moniker Genocide Joe is just a jab?

yes, also it’s stupid.

You really think Joe Biden isn't fully complicit?

he is fully complicit.

you really think it was biden doing all of this for the better part of the last century? he can’t stop it… but he could definitely stop supporting it….

WTF? This is a horrible comic. Republicans in Congress are the ones preventing literally all those things from improving...

[–] [email protected] 23 points 7 months ago (1 children)

Each panels requires one to be clueless about politics outside of the right wing bubble. Every single issue has at last one example of Democrats taking action to address the issue.

In what reality are you living in which democrats didn't further fund and militarize police?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 7 months ago* (last edited 7 months ago) (1 children)

Yeah, I'll give you that for sure. I guess 3 out of 4.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 7 months ago

Don't know what you're talking about, I only see a lovely empty comment section without any comment proving OPs point at all. Really I should have said "First"

[–] [email protected] 5 points 7 months ago (1 children)

And the alternative is? ...Trump?

After 3 years, people still don't understand what he really means for ""AMERICAN"" when he says America First. Spoiler allert: You're not included.
