I’m guessing Obama.
Musk didn’t spend $44 billion, for one. About half of the investment came from him. The rest was the Saudi’s and loans.
Then, the question is one of the stupidest strawmen I’ve ever seen. Nobody expected or asked him to “solve all the world’s problems”. He’s gotten criticism for being full of shit and promoting fascist nonsense while acting like he’s doing the world a massive favor.
