I think he might’ve been scammed on the forms too because you don’t have to order them, just download for free from IRS

forms I ordered...from the IRS

What year are you living in? Just go the the library where they have the big book of forms and photocopy the ones you need for a dime a print like the rest of us!

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 year ago (1 children)

To be fair I'm pretty sure they don't know where the library is.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 1 year ago

I’m not certain they know what a library is.

Do these people think once someone becomes a CEO that they learn all these super secret "cheat codes" people can use on them to get out of their debts/obligations etc? lol

[–] [email protected] 18 points 1 year ago

I like that they think CEOs surely read all their own correspondence and say to themselves that they absolutely must handle this sovcit's credit card "cancellation of debt" personally. Because that's what CEOs do.

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Worse. They think that there are super secret cheat codes that they can learn.

[–] [email protected] 18 points 1 year ago (2 children)

The funniest part is how one of them will ask a question on the group, like how do I get free money, what's the secret form, and the answers are often "you need to study up" without saying what to study. Like it should be so obvious they are bullshitting each other.

I want to start hanging in those forums and offering to sell "how-tos" that answer these questions. Just scrape all of the old posts and run it through ChatGPT for a summary, and sell it like an ebook.

There are only two things stopping me: first, I'm just barely held back by ethics; and second, I am entirely uninterested in learning enough about it, or in spending any time lurking in the forums reading posts.

I suspect it'd be a relatively easy income stream, tho.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 1 year ago (3 children)

I would have no qualms about doing that ethically speaking because they don't pay their child support and their kids are referred to as their biological property and end up in foster care with massive cavities.

Yeah, I get it. But they're still people, and probably generally not on high end of the intelligence bell curve; it feels like taking advantage of a handicap. I dunno; it's about me, not them, and I don't want to be a grifter.

If you steal my entirely original and patented idea, I ask only that you report back how much money you're making.

I will file IRS form 5B/W00-5H stating that my LLC is using your LLM in a non-commercial voluntary transaction between two non-person independent and stateless entities not subject to US Corp Patent Law.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 year ago

See, you can already talk the talk, and recite the secret magic incantations.

sigh. Now I'm going to have to see what I can get out of an LLM in terms of material. For science.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 year ago

Well I'm not sure how to do that but if I figure it out I'll split the proceeds.

Plot twist: Bones is the real mastermind of the entire SovCit movement, creating content on both sides. Writing up the entire "legal theory" that they buy into on one side while also posting here mocking them. An arms dealer of idiocy.

/s

But if you ever do go into that business, do you want a partner?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I feel like I could by now totally write a series of books or something, sell them to sovcits and make a killing. Wanna come along?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 year ago

Hmmm. Like a how-to manual with testimonials and all? Sounds fun. You're right that it needs to be a series- a small audience means that you have to hook them as repeat buyers.

Do your own research

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 year ago

Makes more sense than thinking there is a large amount of money deposited by the government in your all caps name that you can access with the right legalese incantation.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Are those the "special" forms that allow you to not pay taxes I hear SovCits talk about?

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 year ago

It's not taxes this time.

Form 1099-A is acquisition or abandonment of secured property. Form 1099-C is cancellation of debt.

I suppose the idea is to have the bank remove the security in his truck and cancel the debt too. It would be nice to know why he thinks the bank CEO would sign these forms.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 year ago

Yes that's them. The 1099a accesses the secret trust the government holds in your name worth 2 million dollars.
