It's "An" owner of "A" Chick-fil-A. Not the CEO.
Which depending on how many stores he has, might actually make him a ceo etc.(usually, franchises are held in a llc or similar to protect assets of the owner from it going tits up or whatever. Usually each store is its own company, though a new location might be pooled together with an established one to feed assets while it becomes established.

An Ohio Chick-fil-A owner has been arrested after authorities say he drove more than 400 miles south to North Carolina to meet a 15-year-old he met online, reportedly broke into the family's home and allegedly molested the child.

It doesn't even seem consensual as the article says they planned to go somewhere else and the guy just broke in?? Did he change his mind or smth?? Also a lot of "un named " things .
