Good episode!

The writing has a lot more chops than it looks like, and ecchi isn't the only main feature. This episode, and the end of the episode 2 prior to this one have been my favorite parts so far.

What kind of ecchi does this show have?

Sexually suggestive situations and clothing

Japanese style nudity: Everything except the crotch area.

BDSM themes

But oddly enough, the show really isn't about all that.

BDSM

For the uncensored version: nipples

I know this show isn't meant to be watched for its action, but IMO the fight scenes could have been more than a slide show.

The rest of it is still good though.

I liked how the two antagonists of this episode defected so quickly.

I never understood why some evil overlords treat their underlings so harshly (yeah, I know they want an ego boost). If they are not forced to work under these villains, the realistic outcome is what we see here: defection.

IMO the depiction of evil overlords in 'Tis Time for "Torture", Princess and Mr. Villain's Day Off makes more sense. You can see people willing to work for them, despite how (supposedly) evil they are.
