You might be able to use the snotel interactive map, it isn't always easy to figure out but can tell you a lot of information if you can get it. Easier to use on a computer. Not relevant if you are looking for trails that would be snow free in winter. Probably.

I'm a big fan of this one: https://www.mountain-forecast.com/ it does mountains, not trails. Just type the name of the mountain and it will give tons of detail.
Also, my personal favorite 2 day hike in the pnw is Old Snowy mountain in the Goat Rocks Wilderness
