Sounds like they are getting desperate.
For new subs though? Is anyone clamoring for that? It sounds like bad management.
Reddit Request is for taking over subs abandoned by the existing mods. They were picky about process and generally wanted to see that you will do more with a sub than just sit on it.
Thanks, I thought it was creating new subs. Yeah, they're desperate to give out existing subs to brand new users.
