Disney hotstar and other OTTs are going to follow the suite, IG. Fuck them all.

Yes, yes. This is me. I also love a quote adjacent to curiousity.

Be curious, not judgemental - From Ted Lasso, originally by Walt Whitman

Amazing movie. I took Greg Kinnear's 9 steps seriously for a time. I always loved his conviction.

Playing around with lite-xl, thanks for the recommendation. Lacks many features for now, but seems to have a huge potential.

A smaller scale anecdote of mine — I have been using Linux for more than a decade as a second daily driver. I need to make the switch. Everything I need now is on Linux except Visual Studio. So I planned to change my main programming language. It is slow and painful, but I think I am on the right path. Windows 10 is truly the last Windows, for me.

  1. Web directories like dmoz

  2. Small web (personal websites are bringing this back with nojs and minimal css)

Best part is there is an official effort to develop Sync for Lemmy by the Sync for Reddit creator.

Been wanting to quit reddit for a few years. Recent incidents just accelerated the process. I will still visit few smaller subreddits from time to time as I still see the original reddit charm in those places.

This is my all-time favorite. One of my favorite memories of this movie was — when I showed it to a way less idealistic friend of mine, he felt so sad when the last of the memories is being removed. I did not expect him to do that let alone like the movie.
