I've been trying to submit a Unifi Technical support ticket through here:

For the past week I've been getting the same error

This is regarding a Store Order Support. Is there another way of contacting that department? Or do I have to wait until this issue is fixed, which there isn't a way of letting them know since their ticket system is not working...
