My husband and I just started our own electrical contracting business. He is a master electrician and has been doing this for 20 years. He has worked in residential and commercial. We are starting as a one man shop but might pay to go thru our local union so in the event we need to hire people we can hire from the union. My husband has been union and the hall gave him some information. Does anyone have suggestions on rates? Set prices on certain items? I will be doing all of the management/financials/paperwork for bids.
