What do you do with your wires where the phases aren’t the same on each side of the panel? (zerobytes.monster)

For example on the left side of the panel it goes abc but on the right it’s cba? Do you go brown orange yellow on the left then yellow orange brown on the right? Do you flip your circuiting number or keep it the same? Seems to be different opinions on the job I’m on?
