My girlfriend wants to get a portable power station (Anker C1000 or F1200) to run 3 small items in the event of power outages. Her router, VOIP phone and POE antenna (not Starlink). Total output about 7 watts. She's not going through the panel and just plans to plug those 3 devices into the C1000 and run it backup mode. Does she need to install a transfer switch to protect linemen working to restore power?
