When I went back to the shop the bossman brought me into the conference room to apologize that my actual skillsets didn't match to what they were looking for which was bs, the foreman told them to get rid of me for making a few dumb mistakes.

Also I think they decided to go with the other guy they hired that had more experience in controls than I did, after 10+ yrs in the trades as a jman electrician and also running jobs I got my 1st termination, my suspicions were spot on and it was a case of this guy thinking I'm retarded.

I've made some stupid mistakes in the past and never got fired over any of it, nor would have I thrown my helpers off the job or anyone else for that as well.
