I hope he comes back the same player
The Arsenal
I legitimately forgot about Timber.
You must be alone on that amongst the arsenal fan base lol.
I don't get on reddit much anymore since RIF is gone and honestly this subreddit was probably the best way for me to keep in touch with Arsenal. Now I usually just watch the games each week. I guess since Timber has been out for a while and this is a new season I just completely forgot he was on the team. I was thinking of Tomi, Zin, Ben, as our main RB/LB tandem. I'm glad that he's coming back somewhat soon!
I think of him almost everyday 😭
It's going down. I'm yelling TIMBER.
HEAL!
I SAY 'HEAL!', REVEREND JURRIEN!
I know ACLs are much more complicated than other injuries, but I have a feeling that Timber will be back earlier than expected when he first got injured
He got those xhaka healing vibes. He'll be back early for sure
It’s just not going to happen regardless of your feelings, the healings needs time. It’s 8+ months unless Lars is used which it wasn’t in this case.
No shot. An ACL injury isn’t the equivalent to a broken bone. The slow part of the ACL recovery is the graft healing. The graft is at its strongest immediately after the surgery and then weakens for a few months before starting to heal fully. You can feel “strong” but the graft isn’t full strength for months. Notice all of the exercises he is doing are front to back as opposed to side to side.
Doing the Bellerin walk in this
Just in time for that post international break April run-in
Most accurate take here in terms of a realistic timeline. People saying Jan/feb are clueless when it comes to an ACL recovery.
Where is Arsenal Reddit physio when needed

The goat never disappoints.
Looking very promising in my expert opinion
New crab celebration thing!!!!
Best case scenario for full contact after an ACL surgery is 6 months. Even with modern medicine and training, I don’t see Arsenal taking a risk on his return this season.
Timber in this squad is gonna add soo much to offensive and defence. He’s gonna be massive for us
What do you foresee being the defensive lineup once he's back? I'd hate to see Gabriel pulled again
I’m thinking zinchenko/tomi/ben gets replaced. Gabi and saliba are too solid. I personally like timber rb over Ben and tomi left back
I tore my MCL (grade 3) in august while playing football so it‘s felt a bit like me and Timber were going through the same thing at the same time lol (i know he did his ACL which is even worse than MCL but still).
Luckily I didn‘t need surgery, just tons of physiotherapy. From the looks of it Timber and I are pretty much at the same stage now, kind of able to jog again and slowly getting back into jumping/sprinting motions.
It‘s just an incredibly slow process, by the looks of it he‘s doing a good job of staying positive and motivated, which isn‘t always easy, at least from my experience.
Next feb we might have timber and mexey21 back, it’s looking good
But I can’t hate on u/mexey21 for his transfer fee, where’s the fun in that?
Hasn‘t stopped anyone from hating on Nketiah for bad perfronances
mexey21 to pocket Grealish upon his return? I will love it, and I think I deserve it
Yessir💪
i dont really care about the time scale becuase we have options but im just worried that the injury might change him as a player
We need to absolutely destroy our opponent in first leg of round of 16 so he can play in the second leg.
Like a new signing
This man finna come back like onward christian soldier
