I worked in a logistics warehouse a few years ago and whenever we had to prepare a shipment for Amazon, we had to use these brand spanking new pallets, which looked almost even better than that. It really felt like you could break a toothpick out of them and it would be sanitary.
I was going to comment that I've never seen a pallet so clean and fresh as this one. And here you are saying you've seen even better? I feel like a fool in this world. May god bless me one day with witnessing such pallet perfection.
Imagine a solid hardwood pallet, mostly oak. The supplier sends them out on a deposit. If you don't return them they charge you the full replacement fee.
Some of them are 40+ years old.
