idk about best, but this is what I'm studying

I'm trying to get a bit of a home beaded delivery pizza thing going and this is who we're studying recipes from.

rn we knead by hand, but we're we've got a kitchen aid and a dough hook for doing bigger stuff.

yeah we actually have a business meeting next week on this. hoping to start selling pies in April
