I once went 4 days without shitting at first it was very much disturbing but after 2 days it was normal as hell in the end i had to force myself to shit as the temptation never came .

This is forever how I’ll express my defecative desires. “The temptation has come over me, excuse me.” Or “my body is too tantalized to continue, I must relieve myself.” It’s beautiful, and I sincerely thank you.
