Motivating to make a genuine butter pie crust is the real challenge. A challenge which I failed in this instance, and used an Aldi crust lol.
Oh, I've never tried making the crust. It's not SUPPOSED to be difficult, but I'm afraid.
It's really not, You just freeze the butter in little cubes, then throw them in the food processor with the other ingredients. Then you gotta re-chill it and roll it out, which is annoying though. Taste is 10x better.
