No they stabbed people in West Bank.
Maybe. Because the Israeli courts routinely over charge and convict Palestinians on little to no evidence.
Considering two of the released murdered an Israeli last week, it looks like Israel is doing the right thing protecting their citizens from the clear terrorist threat at their door step. You can claim they're over charging people...while some of those people are refusing to leave as part of an exchange as we saw this week so even the crooks know that sentencing is light.

Should have kept them locked up quite clearly. Should probably lock up more garbage that's roaming around with weapons after that.

Yes. They were jailed and should have been kept there. Out of how many? Clearly not enough based on the events of the past few months.
