I wanna love this game so much. Have tried multiple times. But every time I am stopped by my horrendous Thalassophobia on Giant's Deep and Dark Bramble. And honestly just everywhere. such a shame, it seems so good.

I mean, fair play. I don't even experience thalassophobia and those two sections were absolutely terrifying.

Maybe look up a lets play and skip through those parts so you can experience the rest of the game, because God damn it is something.

Unfortunately, beating the game requires going through dark bramble.

I know there's a mod that can get rid of basically everything scary for the dark bramble. There's possibly one that modifies giants deep too.

There isn't anything that can actually harm you under the water. The only creatures I remember are jellyfish and they don't really acknowledge you (no leviathans or anything alla Subnautica)
