That seems like an out of context sarcastic joke.
Yeah. I'd like to see the context here.
The context is essentially this; poster supports Palestine while knowing that Palestinian government typically hates lgbtq individuals for religious reasons, however op still supports Palestine because there is no justification for genocide and no arbitrary group of humans deserves to be genocided regardless of their current particular beliefs regarding other subjugated groups.

You're not necessarily wrong. But it's a hard argument for the whole genocide part when both nations are largely homogenous.
That's the beauty of making quips, it's a useful defence.
