We can move them, dont even need to go back to Russia, so long as they aint hyper nationalists. They just wouldnt be able to stay there.
Historically not a great move. All that's going to create is bad blood. Aside from the obvious example, you can look up expulsion of Germans from Czechoslovakia.
The problem is that I suspect if anyone else took the territory theyd just cause shit. Plus I suspect that a lot of civil work would have to be done that would require demolitioning everything and building anew.
Eh, I see this as more of an eye for an eye situation at worst. Given the fact that the only reason there are even Russians there is because of post war fuckery on the part of the Soviets. It shouldve been given over to the Poles and this would just be correcting said action.
