Not to promote violence, but there's a particular constitutional amendment that applies in this very specific situation
We've been busting through constitutional amendments with abandon. I don't think you could point to one that this administration would honor or respect.

Which is why they lable anyone they arrest as a criminal, doesn't have to be true. You heard Trump, having a trial for each one would take too long. So just slap a label on them and say you're though on crime.
By that logic, you'd think trump would be a slave.
He IS a 34x convicted criminal after all.
